Widnes will look to finish their Super 8s campaign on a high as they take on Leigh Centurions at the Select Security Stadium on Sunday.
Denis Betts' men are currently third in the Super 8s Qualifiers table just two points ahead of fourth-placed Wakefield.
The Vikings currently hold a 121-point points-difference superiority over their rivals going in to the third round and look set to retain their Super League status without a fight, barring a huge upset at Sheffield.
Their opponents Leigh have had a difficult campaign in the Super 8s, recording just one win, an emphatic 52-16 demolition of bottom-placed Sheffield Eagles.
