Leeds centre facing a month on the sidelines

Leeds centre Kallum Watkins will miss just four weeks of action after undergoing minor knee surgery. The news is better than first feared after the England elite squad member found himself on crutches following Sunday's Magic Weekend win over Bradford. Leeds coach Brian McDermott said: "I am delighted for Kallum and look forward to having him back available in a month. "He is a tough character who has already had a number of setbacks in his young career but I am sure he will come back even stronger." Watkins was playing in only his second game back following a similar injury to his other leg. He underwent a full knee reconstruction in 2010 and had two lengthy spells on the sidelines last year.
