Australia's Isabelle Kelly has been cleared following a biting allegation during their 38-0 win over England in the Women's World Cup.
England prop Chantelle Crowl made the complaint to referee Todd Smith after reeling out of a tackle on Kelly late in the first half of the second-round group game at Cronulla.
The incident was put on report but a tournament spokesman confirmed afterwards that the match-review panel had advised that no charges would be brought following the round-two fixtures.
It was the third biting allegation of the World Cup; Wales prop Ben Evans complained of an incident in his side's opening game against Papua New Guinea, which went no further, and England winger Jermaine McGillvary was charged but found not guilty of biting during his team's win over Lebanon.
England's defeat by the Jillaroos means they must beat the Cook Islands in their final group match on Wednesday to progress through to the semi-finals.
