Broncos head coach Rob Powell has made two changes to his 19-man squad for the visit of Huddersfield on Sunday.
Shane Rodney picked up a knee injury in the 22-14 defeat at Hull last weekend so Matt Cook could make his home debut if he passes a late fitness test.
Julien Rinaldi is the other absentee after suffering a concussion at the KC Stadium, however Liam Colbon is back in the squad after recovering from a knock picked up in round one.
Dan Sarginson and Karl Temata are both still out of contention for selection due to ongoing injuries.
"The injuries we have force our hand slightly in terms of the 19 man squad," Powell told the club's website. "That said we expect a strong start and to play well in our second home fixture.
"It's a blow to have Shane Rodney out - we'll miss him over the next few weeks, but the guys will do a good job on Sunday."
Huddersfield coach Nathan Brown has made three changes to the squad following last week's home defeat to Warrington.
Tommy Lee (suspended), the injured Dale Ferguson and Adam Walker are the missing names with centre Aaron Murphy poised for a debut.
Shaun Lunt and Larne Patrick are the others to be named in the 19 after missing out last weekend.
London Broncos squad: Bailey, B. Bolger, Bryant, Caro, Clubb, Colbon, Cook, Dixon, Dorn, Golden, Gower, Howell, Kaufusi, Krasniqi, Melling, O'Callaghan, Randall, Robertson, Witt.
Huddersfield squad: Grix, Lawrence, Cudjoe, Gilmour, McGillvary, Brough, Brown, Crabtree, Robinson, Mason, Faiumu, Lunt, Patrick, Wardle, Chan, George, Murphy, Fairbank, Eden.
