Much will depend on how well behaved Mr Rigsby is when he is offered up for stalls entry, but his debut run was impressive enough for him to be given the benefit of the doubt here. Emily and Hi Katriona do make some appeal on what they have shown to date, while Prince Rama is worth a try on the All Weather after showing flashes of ability on a couple of occasions. However, he is well exposed and looks vulnerable at this stage. Hi Katriona fared well on her first start for her new yard last month and that experience will have done her the power of good. She is dropped in trip today and, despite a couple of encouraging runs, she has struggled to convince that seven furlongs ideally suits her. Conversely, Emily should appreciate the extra distance and is fancied to provide the selection with the sternest test. Nevertheless, if Mr Rigsby will be very hard to beat if he has his mind set on the job in hand. And another bold show is expected from Peter Howling's charge.
