In depth

Verdict

This would appear to be the ideal opportunity for Practicallyperfect. The Ollie Pears trained filly lacks a run but she had upwards of 17lbs in hands of her rivals on official ratings so, in theory, should take all the beating. She was disappointing on her final couple of starts of 2007, including in a visor, but she has run well fresh in the past and may have benefited from a change of scenery. Ghafeer won a Catterick seller on his penultimate start which makes him one of the more viable alternatives but Princess Of Aeneas has been struggling over hurdles of late and is difficult to recommend. Soldier Field is also hard to fancy but Boy Dancer wasn't beaten too far last time and John Quinn has his string in good order. Probably best to keep stakes at a minimum but Practicallyperfect would appear to be the likeliest winner.
