Verdict

Mighty Fine, Lord Halfnothin and Banker Count look the three to concentrate on in this competitive handicap chase and we will take a chance on Lord Halfnothin. The selection is a relatively unexposed horse but has looked highly progressive on his starts and against more exposed rivals, he is taken to score off what looks a fair mark. Mighty Fine has been in the form of his life of late winning his latest two starts but he only had a short head to spare over Rodber last time and his penalty may just find him out. Banker Count is dangerously well handicapped and could easily win but he continues to be beset by jumping problems and for that reason he is over looked. Of the remainder Cool Monty looks weighted up to the hilt while Copper Coin may need the run after an 1051 day absence and for the winner we return to Lord Halfnothin.
