In depth

Verdict

Mujobliged can get the better of in form pair Sahf London and Lough Beg. Sahf London has to carry a penalty for his three quarters of a length defeat of Hayley's Flower over course and distance but isn't the type to win doing handstands and it's no certainty that the form will be reversed. Lough Beg scored on his first start since arriving from Ireland and has obvious claims on just a 3lb higher mark with further improvement feasible. Riviera Red and Abbeygate are considered but the vote goes to Mujobliged. John Best's charge ran his best race since joining his current connections when finishing close up at Wolverhampton last time. He is lightly raced so could progress and was doing all of his best work at the finish suggesting that a step back up in trip would be in order. He gets that here and Mujobliged is selected.
