Verdict

This looks a good opportunity for Oliver Sherwood's PRICE ZAFONIC who is taken to add to his recent success; the list of dangers is headed by Dantari and King Ar Aghaidh. The selection won well last time out over a trip that he just about gets. This slight drop in distance is a big plus for him and he should be up to making it back-to-back successes with the ground also to suit. Dantari was in pursuit of a hat-trick last time out when his jumping let him down and he will have to hurdle more fluently this afternoon if he is to trouble the judge. King Ar Aghaidh was a little disappointing last time but he had previously won well in a maiden hurdle and he remains unexposed so he is certainly one to consider. Hope Road has been a model of consistency of late over the chase fences, and he reverts to hurdling off a fair enough mark. However, Prince Zafonic is in great form and he can win again.
