Petroupetrov, Common Girl and Saint Godegrand are three against the field in this tight handicap hurdle and the nomination is given to Petroupetrov. The selection was disappointing on heavy ground last time out but prior to that he had been in good form he looks sure to appreciate this faster ground and off what looks a handy mark he looks a value bet. Common Girl is game and consistent and is sure to run her race but she has had plenty of chances off similar marks without taking one and again she looks vulnerable.
