        Verdict

        Secret City returned an easy winner at Ayr last time but has been raised 7lb. LA HAVRESE is less exposed and makes more appeal after scoring over course and distance. She gets the vote, despite a penalty, with Smart Alec also expected to make another bold bid after going very close at Musselburgh a fortnight ago. Mitchum is another to consider having placed in a seller at Redcar while Benidorm and Slingby also made the frame in plating races on their latest starts.
