In an interesting contest, we will opt for Forest Dante ahead of Mr Nemo and Family Venture. The case for the selection is based mainly on the fact that he is now back to the mark from which he won at Southwell a year ago and ran with credit on his first run since then 16 days ago. He has clearly had his problems but, if connections have him firing on all cylinders, he should go well. Mr Nemo sets out on a hat-trick bid here and, judging by the way he romped to victory at Huntingdon last time, he hasn't stopped improving yet and, even though he is a bit quirky, can go well again. Family Venture ran well on his seasonal return and, overall, has taken well to chasing. He also holds the added bonus of hailing from a stable in very good heart. Only One Matty has lost his form since looking good when winning at Musselburgh in February but is, at least, now back on a fair mark. Weaver George remains consistent but cannot get his head in front, while Atomic Breeze is another to be back to the mark from which he last won but Trooper looks to have regressed markedly. Overall, then, this returns us to the selection, which is Forest Dante.
