This looks like quite a decent bumper to close the card and the vote is given to Cast Iron Casey with Harry Wood and Banoge others to consider. The selection made a winning debut at Wetherby when beating Thenford Snipe. It was a smart performance that day but he still raced greenly so with more improvement expected here today he should take plenty of beating. Harry Wood is another who a bumper in decent style on his debut. That win came over this course and distance but it was a weak contest and he may need to improve again if he is to follow-up. Banoge shaped quite well on his debut when finishing third to Kealshore Boy at Newcastle, but he has more on his plate today so he will need to step-up on that effort to get competitive. Bold Ransom is an interesting newcomer from a yard that are more than capable of getting a horse ready to win first time out, so he is certainly worth a look in the market. However, for the winner we will stick with Cast Iron Casey who made such a pleasing impression on his debut.
