Little form to go on with most of these, and none in some cases, so we'll go for experience and look to Blushing Maid to break her maiden at the 4th time of asking, ahead of Hail Promenader and Minder. Stuart Howe has two in this race; Blushing Maid and Zaftil, both of whom ran in a similar contest here earlier in the month. Blushing Bride had shown some improvement from her debut, but maybe didn't like the ground that day. Hail Promenader was slowly away on debut over this distance, but still managed a creditable 4th; a better start could see her in contention, and it may be significant she¿s Barry Hills¿ only runner at the meeting. Minder, from the Johnny Portman stable, will probably be backed by ¿er indoors and has looked a decent sort in her two runs to date. None of the trio on the shortlist have the benefit of a great draw, but in a race that won¿t take a great deal of winning we¿ll go for experience to prevail, with Blushing Maid.
