Tennis stars look to expand brand with Dolphins deal
Serena and Venus Williams are holding talks over becoming part-owners of NFL side Miami Dolphins.
The Dolphins already have a number of celebrity stakeholders, with musicians Jimmy Buffet and Gloria and Emilio Estefan becoming minority partners this year, and Serena believes it represents a good opportunity to expand the Williams brand.
"There have been preliminary talks and hopefully it will work out," she said.
"That would be a great opportunity for both of us. We'll see what happens - you never know.
"Venus and I are always trying to expand our brand. If the opportunity presents itself, we would love to see where it can take us."
