It has been a year for the punters, who have gained notoriety around the NFL for celebrations following inch-perfect kicks.
In Oakland, Marquette King has shown some of his best moves after punts which have helped the Raiders to a 9-3 record this season.
Following his dancing against the Denver Broncos - a game Oakland won 30-20 - King said he wanted to inspire the younger generation to become punters.
"I want kids watching the game on Sundays to look at me and say, 'Hey that dude is pretty cool. He's got some swag. I want to be a punter, too," King told The Players Tribune.
It was McAfee's turn to promote the fun side of punting on Monday night against the New York Jets.
After sending a ball 44 yards back to the Jets' three-yard line, the eight-year veteran waved to the crowd before producing a Beyonce-style move that would appear more at home on a dancefloor than an NFL field.
Indianapolis went on to win the game 41-10.
Through the efforts of colourful characters like McAfee and King, punters will continue to raise the profile of the under-rated position.
