The Las Vegas Raiders have fired head coach Antonio Pierce after a 4-13 season.
Pierce was let go following his first full season in the job, after taking interim charge in 2023.
The Raiders were 2-2 to start the campaign but then lost 10 in a row before beating the Jacksonville Jaguars and the New Orleans Saints.

They hold the sixth pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Pierce's firing is the first head-coaching change for Las Vegas since the arrival of Tom Brady as a minority owner.

A team statement read: "We appreciate Antonio's leadership, first as an interim head coach and this past season as the head coach.
"Antonio grew up a Raiders fan and his Silver and Black roots run deep. We are grateful for his ability to reignite what it means to be a Raider throughout the entire organization.
"We wish nothing but the best for Antonio and his family in the future."
Pierce achieved a 5-4 record in 2023 after taking over from midway through the season.
The Raiders suffered a glut of injuries in 2024 including to defensive linemen Maxx Crosby and Christian Wilkins, while they also dealt with the drama of Davante Adams' trade to the New York Jets.
Pierce's final game was a 34-20 defeat to the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 18.
Mike Vrabel has been rumoured as a possible replacement for Pierce as he and Brady were team-mates with the New England Patriots.
Pierce's dismissal follows the sackings of Doug Pederson and Jerod Mayo, from the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Patriots respectively.
