Giannis Antetokounmpo took off from just beyond the free-throw line before throwing down a stunning slam dunk during the Milwaukee Bucks' victory over the Detroit Pistons on Sunday night.
Antetokounmpo played a starring role as the top-seeded Bucks routed the Pistons, who were depleted by the absence of injured All-Star forward Blake Griffin.
The 'Greek Freak' had 24 points, 17 rebounds and four assists in just 23 minutes of action as the Bucks led by 27 at halftime, before finishing off a 121-86 victory.
While the Bucks were in complete control throughout, Antetokounmpo ensured there was still plenty of excitement for the fans at Fiserv Forum.
Midway through the third quarter, the MVP contender stole the ball inside his own half and raced up the court before taking off from a seemingly impossible distance from the rim and defying gravity to stay airborne long enough to slam the ball home.
Game 2 will be played on Wednesday in Milwaukee.
