Former SmackDown women's champion Naomi is facing a spell on the sidelines after being attacked by the Riott Squad.
Naomi was attacked during the six-woman tag match on this week's episode of SmackDown, with Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan throwing her into the barricade and driving her into the steel steps.
WWE has confirmed the injuries as a separated shoulder, a cervical strain and facial contusions but have not confirmed at this point how long Naomi is expected to be out for.
Dr Stephen Daquino assessed the injuries at ringside confirmed Naomi will be sent for x-rays and that further information should be revealed at the end of the week.
The trio, who are led by Ruby Riott, attacked Becky Lynch backstage at SmackDown last week and she did not feature on this week's episode.
Her absence, combined with the injuries to Naomi, means the only face on the blue brand is now Charlotte, who is the current holder of the SmackDown women's championship.
