Matt Rotherham became the first rider to win both a senior and junior title in the same year at the British National Track Championships in Manchester on Thursday.
Rotherham won the Men's one kilometre time trial in a time of one minute 3.671seconds, just outside of the national record, to beat newly crowned national pursuit champion Steven Burke, who won the silver medal.
Former world team pursuit champion Joanna Rowsell won gold in the Women's Individual Pursuit, with GB team-mate Laura Trott finishing second in the closely fought race.
Paralympic cyclist Sarah Storey failed to claim bronze but there was consolation for the Paralympic cycling world champion as she broke the world record in the C5 class.
Jon-Allen Butterworth also broke a world record, in the MC5 category, after he clocked a time of 10.897secs in the Paralympic Cycling 200m time trial to win gold.
