The Ladies European Tour (LET) has announced that the 2019 Solheim Cup at Gleneagles will be held from September 13-15.
Two years ago Scotland won the right to stage the biennial contest, with Gleneagles being chosen ahead of Sweden's bid.
The three-day match, between Europe's leading professionals and their American counterparts, will be contested over the Centenary Course which in 2014 also hosted the Ryder Cup.
LET's chairman Mark Lichtenhein said: "The Solheim Cup has a long, rich heritage like no other event in women's golf and we are thrilled to announce the dates for our next home match at Gleneagles in Scotland.
"Since we launched the competition in 1990, with the Solheim family and LPGA, the event has grown significantly in prominence and profile and today is a strong, world recognised brand.
