Season Pass: A look back at the best bits from BMW International
Wednesday 29 June 2016 13:05, UK
This week's Season Pass comes to you from the BMW International Open at Golf Club Gut Laerchenhof and shows some of the most unlikely shots in golf, including one spectator getting more than he bargained for.
Henrik Stenson claimed a three-shot victory in Cologne on Sunday, but it was his pre-tournament target-golf skills that really impressed this week.
The Swede was not the only man at the tournament to hit a small target, while Paul Laurie's drive ended up in the most unusual place on the 17th hole.
Some of the most improbable shots feature this week, but one of the other talking points was that winning the Masters does not seem to guarantee you notoriety. It may not have been his best week, but Danny Willett turned up in Germany to find they had not even managed to spell his name correctly.
Away from Cologne, Gary Player puts his name in the mix for the Olympics, the four-time world long drive champion Sandra Carlborg shows the driver whose boss, and there's a new Tiger in town.
