Anirban Lahiri has been named European Tour Gofer of the Month for February following two victories in the space of three weeks.
Just three months after securing his tour place through the qualifying school, the 27-year-old took the honours at the Maybank Mayalsian Open at the start of the month.
And he rounded off the period with a sensational win in the Hero Indian Open, having come from seven shots off the pace on the final day to beat fellow-Indian SSP Chawrasia in a play-off.
The victories have lifted him to No 34 in the world and secured a place in the Masters, a tournament where he believes he can fulfil his dream of becoming the first Indian to win a major.
Speaking to Sky Sports News HQ, he said: "It is very pleasing for me to get this award. It has been a fantastic month for me as you don't expect to win two tournaments in the space of just three weeks.

"To start with a victory in Malaysia was fantastic and it helped me mentally which allowed me to play with a lot more freedom last week in my home tournament and it certainly helped me to win the second time around.
"Winning these tournaments means I have to look at my schedule differently now for the remainder of the season. It's good to get off to such a good start but I hope to push on from here and hopefully win one or two times more this season, actually in Europe.
"My goal now is to win a major. No Indian has ever won one and obviously that would do a lot of good for the sport in my country but personally, every professional golfer wants to win at least one major and I am no different."
