Already relegated Yeovil and Carlisle played out a goalless draw at Huish Park on the final day of the League Two season.
Following an uneventful first half the match came into life after the break. Hallam Hope was played in behind makeshift right-back Matt Worthington yet despite being one-on-one, the forward's tame effort was blocked by goalkeeper Stuart Nelson.
At the other end, the Glovers went close themselves when a Courtney Duffus cross found Alex Dobre in the six-yard box, but his header was brilliantly tipped over by a strong Adam Collin hand.
Collin was the hero for the visitors late on too, first to deny Alex Pattison and then pushing away a header from substitute Alex Fisher that nearly resulted in an own goal off the chest of Anthony Gerrard.
The Carlisle goalkeeper twice stopped Jake Gray scoring on two occasions. After a Fisher cross fell to the midfielder on the edge of the box, his low shot was saved before Collin recovered to block the follow-up volley from Gray.
