Matt Crooks' last-gasp strike earned Accrington a 1-1 draw against Notts County at Meadow Lane.
Graham Burke's first goal of the season 15 minutes from time looked like it would hand the hosts a maiden home win of the campaign.
But after Liam Noble saw red for a strong challenge on Josh Windass, Crooks lashed home to salvage a point for Accrington.
Burke came closest to a goal in the first 45 minutes but he saw his fierce shot crash against the crossbar, with Genaro Snijders firing the rebound high and wide.
After the break, Adam Campbell and Snijders were denied by Stanley goalkeeper Jason Mooney, only for Burke to head home a Noble cross with 15 minutes left.
But Notts County were then reduced to 10 men as Noble was shown a straight red card for a tackle on Windass. And Crooks made the extra man count as he lashed home a bobbling ball from a Sean McConville corner with just a minute of normal time remaining.
