Reds boss brushes off striker link with PSG

Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish is reading nothing into reports Uruguay international Luis Suarez would be interested in playing for Paris St Germain. Speaking to French television, Suarez had admitted that he would be open to the possibility of linking up with countryman Diego Lugano at PSG. PSG have been linked with a summer move for the 25-year-old, who was banned for eight matches earlier in the season after being found guilty of racially abusing Patrice Evra. Despite being linked with a possible move away from Anfield, Dalglish adopted a defensive stance - highlighting the fact that Lugano has not been playing very much himself. When questioned what Dalglish thought of Suarez's quotes, he replied: "How often has Lugano played this year?" Dalglish was not being drawn into speculation over Suarez, insisting the programme was more about PSG ace Lugano and Napoli's Edinson Cavani. "I think you'll find Cavani was also mentioned and I think you'll find it was a television programme about Lugano," he continued. "Anything you tell me I'm dismissing."
