General manager confident key playmaker will remain at club
Lille general manager Frederic Paquet is '99.99 per cent' sure that Eden Hazard will remain at the club this summer.
Belgium international Hazard has been strongly linked with a move away from Stade Lille-Metropole after being named Ligue 1 Player of the Year.
Several of Europe's top clubs have been mooted as potential suitors for the playmaker, with Bayern Munich the latest to be mentioned.
It is reported that the German giants are very interested in signing Hazard, but Paquet has stressed only a hugely lucrative offer would be considered.
Questions
He told L'Equipe: "Five of the 10 greatest clubs in Europe are following him, calling and calling again.
"As any player would in such a situation, he is asking himself some questions.
"There are offers you cannot refuse, but something unreal would be needed. It is senseless to give a number.
"I rate it at 99.99% that he will not leave. We want to keep him."
