Gunners ace misses out against Sweden
Arsenal's new signing Samir Nasri has missed out on Raymond Domenech's France squad to face Sweden on 20th August.
Nasri has been omitted along with Gregory Coupet while Patrick Vieira, Franck Ribery and Willy Sagnol are injured.
Marseille striker Hatem Ben-Arfa has been recalled but Domenech is without Claude Makelele and Lilian Thuram, who have both retired.
Another addition by Domenech is former international midfielder Alain Boghossian, who has joined France's coaching setup.
Additional coach
"We all felt the need for an additional coach with Alain Boghossian," Domenech commented.
"From time to time there's a need for a little change and freshness with someone who played notably abroad."
Domenech is under pressure following a disappointing Euro 2008 and will be keen to see off Sweden before taking on Austria and Serbia in their opening 2010 World Cup qualifiers.
