Scot looking for new club
Colin Cameron has left MK Dons after being told by new boss Roberto Di Matteo he does not figure in his plans.
The former Scotland international was in line for a new deal at the League One new boys until Paul Ince's departure to Blackburn left him in limbo.
Cameron was waiting to find out if he would be offered a new contract by Ince's replacement and now Di Matteo has informed the experienced midfielder he can move on.
The player's agent, Jim McArthur, confirmed the former Hearts and Wolves star was now weighing up his options.
"Colin has been told by the new manager at MK Dons that he is not in his plans and that he can leave the club," McArthur told skysports.com.
"It is a pity as Colin would have liked to have stayed and we were close to agreeing a deal when Paul Ince was still there.

"We are now looking for other things and Colin is very open minded about his next move.
"He is also looking for somewhere to train in the meantime to keep up his fitness."
