Baggies boss refusing to rush new signing into action

Tony Mowbray has told West Brom supporters not to expect new signing Do-Heon Kim to feature for the first team straight away. The South Korea international joined the Baggies on transfer deadline day in a deal which will see him remain at the club for the rest of the season. However, he was immediately called away on international duty and Mowbray has revealed that he will not consider the midfielder for the trip to Barnsley on Saturday.

Paperwork

"It's not a problem that Kim is away so soon after joining," the Baggies boss told the club's official website. "He needs to get the paperwork in place to enable him to play. "The sooner he does that the better.
Flourish
"People shouldn't be expecting to see Kim in our team straight away. "There will be an adaptation period for him. "He's got to train with the players more and get used to the environment that we work and train in. "We need to make him feel part of our football club and, when the time is right, he'll be part of the team and hopefully his talent will flourish."
