Phil Neville wants England to express themselves and give USA something to worry about in the SheBelieves Cup on Saturday (kick-off 9.55pm GMT).
England beat Brazil 2-1 in their first match of the tournament in Philadelphia on Wednesday, while USA drew 2-2 with Japan.
Beth Mead scored an outstanding winning goal and England will clinch the cup at the 69,000-capacity Nissan Stadium in Nashville with a victory over the team ranked No 1 in the world.
Despite their ranking, coach Phil Neville wants to see his side stamp their authority and class on their opponents.
"You can go into these games worrying too much about the opposition and you can actually forget the quality that you've got," he said.

"I want them to worry about us. I want them to watch us play and think, we've got to stop England playing. We've got to stop Fran Kirby and Toni Duggan and Nikita Parris and Lucy Bronze - whoever it is implementing or producing their football.
"If we get right what we have to do, then we're going to be a match for anyone in the world. You saw that the other night: Brazil didn't have a shot on goal apart from the penalty. In reality, the problem was with us. If we get ourselves right like we did in the second half, we will beat most teams that we play."
Team news
Nikita Parris, Keira Walsh and Leah Williamson should all be fit as Neville said he'd be "very surprised" if they missed the encounter.
Toni Duggan should be available after missing the previous game.
