Varga eyes Celtic departure

Slovakian Stanislav Varga looks set to depart Celtic in the summer.
The 33-year-old is out of contract in the summer and is currently out of favour under Gordon Strachan - although he was recalled for Sunday's win over Motherwell.
However, his agent Tony McGill has admitted that his charge is almost certain to leave.
"He is contracted until the end of the season but I doubt very much that Celtic will offer Stan a new contract," McGill said.
"David Murray has a better chance of getting a new contract at Celtic than Stan Varga.
"He will be leaving Celtic at the end of the season."
McGill also insisted that Birmingham have not shown any interest in Varga.
"Birmingham are not interested but people are always looking out for players, especially at those who are out of contract in the summer," he said.
"But I can categorically deny Birmingham are interested because I am Chris Sutton's agent."
Meanwhile, Celtic have handed a new contract to midfield starlet Simon Ferry.
The 18-year-old has agreed a four-and-a-half year contract at Parkhead.
"I am delighted," he told Celtic's website.
"Four and half years gives me the time to get to where I want to be in the first team and I am relieved to get the new deal signed.
"I've been up training with the first team almost every day this season."
