Scunthorpe United have signed Cambridge defender Stevland Angus on loan.
Scunthorpe United have signed defender Stevland Angus on loan from League Two rivals Cambridge United. The former West Ham United player arrives at Glanford Park after leaving his loan stint with League One high-flyers Hull City on Monday.
The 24-year-old joins initially for a month-long spell, but his move to The Iron is with a view to making it a permanent arrangement.
Another player that could be set to join Brian Laws's side is striker Neil Teggart.
The 20-year-old was released from his contract with Championship side Sunderland on Monday, having recently been on loan with Scunthorpe.
Laws may look to snap up Teggart after failing to sign Dundee United hit-man Collin Samuel last week.
The Trinidad & Tobago striker was unable to obtain a work permit in order to complete a free transfer move to Glanford Park.
The 23-year-old will now return back to Tannadice following the work permit setback.
