Drogba winning fitness race
Didier Drogba is said to be winning his race to be fit to take his place in Marseille's team for the Uefa Cup final.
The Ivory Coast star gave Marseille a real injury scare when limping out of the recent clash with Monaco.
Club officials initially feared that the hip injury would keep in-form striker Drogba out of the final against Spanish champions Valencia.
However, Drogba's hip has responded well to treatment and he is expected to return to full training on Friday.
The Uefa Cup final takes place in Gothenburg on Wednesday and l'OM coach Jose Anigo will hope his star man shakes off his problem and takes his place in the team.
