Ronaldinho`s future resolved next week
Manchester United, Real Madrid and Chelsea have all expressed an interest in the Paris Saint Germain star and he is set to decide where he will move next week.
Assis revealed that United and Real are in talks with PSG, but hinted that the Spanish giants are favourites for his signature.
"There will definitely be a resolution this week, probably midweek," said Assis.
"Madrid's offer is more interesting but there is still a possibility he could go to Manchester United."
United had a bid rejected by PSG for the Brazilian last week and Real are believed to have stolen ahead of the Premiership champions for Ronaldinho's signature.
Real have lined up a deal which will see Ronaldinho stay in Paris next season before arriving at the Santiago Bernabeu in 2004.
PSG chairman Francis Graille confirmed they were close to agreeing a deal with the Spanish champions for Ronaldinho.
"We're very close to an agreement with Real for the season after next," admitted Graille.
"United made a modest offer which wasn't worth considering."
Should Real finalise a deal for the skilful playmaker the move would be a major blow for United boss Sir Alex Ferguson as he has made the South American his top summer transfer target.
