Rivaldo happy with Milan choice
RIVALDO has told planetfootball that he is delighted that he chose Milan, and feels he will be fit enough to play the full match in the Champions League against Lens.
The Brazilian star, who moved to Milan after being released from Barcelona, played 20 minutes of the Rossoneri's opening Serie A fixture against new-boys Modena, and had a flashy goal disallowed for offside.
"It was a real pity about the goal - I had no idea I was offside," said the Brazilian.
"My first impressions of Milan are that we are a big team; solid and sometimes spectacular.
"I have still to find my position on the pitch, but really I will try to fit into the role Carlo Ancelotti wants me to play.
"I would say I play better just off the main striker, but I would not play on the left side of midfield.
"I have been so impressed that people have been so gentle with me. I feel I have made the best possible choice of clubs. I can start from scratch with a massive side."
