Issa leaves Hornets nest
The 26-year-old defender has had his contract terminated and will join the exodus from Vicarage Road this summer.
The South African has been on the Hornets' transfer list since February but has now left the club as they continue their major cost-cutting exercise.
Manager Gianluca Vialli and assistant Ray Wilkins have both departed, as has Swiss defender Ramon Vega.
Issa joined the club from French side Marseille in 2001 but has not had the best of times in London.
The giant stopper is looking to remain in England and will be searching for a new club before the start of next season.
Issa may not be the last man to leave Vicarage Road as the club continue to tighten their purse strings.
