Okocha set for PSG exit
The Nigerian international had been looking for a new deal with PSG but talks fell through and he is now on his way out of the Parc des Princes.
The Paris side offered him a three-year extension on his deal but with a dramatic cut in wages, a move which did not go down well with Okocha who turned down the offer.
The tricky midfielder has already made it clear that he would like to move to England, and his contract trouble with PSG will alert several clubs in The Premiership.
Tottenham, Sunderland and Fulham have all been interested in Okocha, although interest has come in from Spain, with one Primera Liga side already enquiring about him.
The 28-year-old will not be short of offers come the summer and, although he is happy in Paris, he will not sign the deal offered to him by the club and looks certain to leave.
