LISTEN: Wayne Rooney, Arsenal, England and more discussed on Sunday Supplement podcast
Sunday 3 September 2017 13:27, UK
The Sunday Supplement panel discuss Wayne Rooney, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea and England.
Charlie Wyett (football editor, The Sun), Darren Lewis (football writer, The Mirror) and Dominic Fifield (London football correspondent, The Guardian) join Neil Ashton for the Sunday morning football chat.
Wayne Rooney's off-the-field misdemeanor was on the agenda after the former England captain was charged with drink-driving after he was stopped by police in the early hours of Friday morning.
The Guardian's Fifield insists Everton should feel let down by Rooney, who he thinks could have got more from his career had it not been for his "laddish" ways.
After a dramatic Deadline Day, the summer transfer window was up for discussion with the panel giving their verdict on the business of Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea.
