The city of Bordeaux has trialled its anti-terror response ahead of Euro 2016

French authorities have staged an anti-terrorism drill in the city of Bordeaux where five matches will be played during Euro 2016.

The city square will be used as a fanzone during the tournament and, with just over two months to go until the start of the event, more than 500 policemen, firefighters and health workers took part in the mock attack.

Security has been stepped up in France following the terror attacks in Paris in November and Brussels last month.
