Manchester City's Demi Stokes and Reading's Jade Moore are among the England Women players to be recalled by Phil Neville for a training camp in Qatar.
City goalkeeper Karen Bardsley, Seattle Reign's Jodie Taylor and Birmingham City striker Ellen White also return to the 28-player squad, alongside 135-cap Karen Carney.
The squad will meet in Manchester next Monday before travelling to Doha on Tuesday to continue preparations for next month's She Believes Cup and the Women's World Cup this summer.
Manager Neville said: "We're all really looking forward to meeting up for our first camp of 2019.
"After a well-earned break in December, most of the players are back in club action and will be ready to push on.
"The SheBelieves Cup is a demanding tournament with quality opposition.
"This training camp in Qatar is crucial for our preparation and an ideal opportunity for us to work as a group as we begin an important year."
