England's record goalscorer will make a one-off comeback on November 15, for a charity money-raising send-off against USA at Wembley.
He will then step aside for the crunch Nations League clash with Croatia at the national stadium on November 18.
Depending on Croatia's result against Spain three days earlier, England will need to win that match-up to either reach next summer's final-four tournament or avoid relegation.
