In an age of increasing reliance on electronic data and apps in football, England U21s have been taking things back to basics.
Manager Aidy Boothroyd has been using Subbuteo during team-talks to get the best out of his players.
He even brings the table out at half-time to help illustrate where the team could be doing better.
It clearly works - they beat Andorra 7-0 on Thursday night to qualify for the European Championships.
