A group of Staffordshire schoolchildren were given a welcome surprise on Monday when England manager Gareth Southgate paid them a visit.
As well as being the first England boss to lead the senior men's side to the semi-finals of the World Cup in 28 years, Southgate is also an ambassador for the Football Foundation charity, who aim to help grassroots projects to get more people playing the beautiful game.
The Football Foundation has been named as the official lead sponsor of the England team for the upcoming UEFA Nations League fixtures against Croatia and Spain.
Cue a special guest appearance from Southgate at Anglesey Primary Academy in Burton-on-Trent - home of England's St George's Park training complex - where he joined in a training session with the children.
The school has benefited from financial help from the Football Foundation, who are funded by the Premier League, the FA and Government, with the aim of helping build quality community football facilities.
