The 18-year-old Greek has scored three times in eight substitute appearances prompting his club to take up an option in his contract to extend the deal for a further three years.
A similar option was also exercised in the contract of Austrian Thomas Prager who will remain with the club until 2006.
The Frisian club have also given new deals to youth players Marcel Seip, Mak Jan Fleudderus, Martijn Barto and Joey Van de Berg.
