The 19-year-old was angry at being substituted by Ajax boss Ronald Koeman after just 30 minutes of their game against Groningen.
The Egyptian international heard he was not in the starting XI against FC Zwolle and told local TV station AT5 that he wanted to leave the club in the winter.
"In the next transfer period I will leave Ajax, 100 percent," Said Mido.
The youngster's scoring exploits had alerted several big name European clubs including Juventus but he has not had the best relationship with Koeman so far.
