PSV Eindhoven leapfrogged their title rivals to go two points clear at the summit with a 3-1 win over Vitesse Arnhem o Friday, and remained there after AZ's lacklustre performance at the Parkstad Limburg Stadion.
First half goals from Sanharib Malki (10) and Mads Junker (33) were enough to give Roda the three points.
Two goals in in two first half minutes helped
Heerenveen to a 2-0 victory against
Utrecht.
Bas Dost grabbed his 17th goal of the season after 12 minutes to send Heerenveen on their way and Jeffrey Gouweleeuw added a second two minutes later to keep the hosts well placed for a top six finish.
