Defender keen to secure a move away from Wolfsburg
Simon Kjaer's agent is confident that the defender will have plenty of options to leave Wolfsburg during the summer transfer window.
The Denmark international spent last season on loan at Roma, but the Serie A club decided not to take up the option of a permanent deal.
The 23-year-old is reportedly not keen to return to Wolfsburg as he does not want to play under coach Felix Magath, but he has yet to receive any offers.
However, the centre-half's representative Mikkel Beck is optimistic that he will be able to secure a move for Kjaer before the transfer window closes.
"The interest in Kjaer has risen steadily since the Euros and I've been in dialogue with several interesting clubs, so there are definitely other options out there," Beck told
Ekstra Bladet.
"For players like Simon, with his young age and huge experience, the hope of finding a new club is still very much alive.
"Everybody I've spoken to tells me that he is a popular target."
According to reports, Fiorentina, Lille and Malaga are among the clubs to have shown an interest in signing Kjaer.
