Fabio Simplicio is close to joining Palermo from Parma, according to reports in Italy.The Sicilian side's president has revealed earlier this season the Brazilian playmaker was a target for the mid-table outfit.
Negotiations between the clubs are ongoing, although rumours are speculating a ‚é¼3 million offer including a player could be in the offing.
