Cafu pens new Milan deal
Italian champions Milan have agreed a new contract with Brazilian Cafu.
The 34-year-old had a brilliant first season at the Giuseppe Meazza following his move from Roma last summer and has now been rewarded by the Milan management.
He had a contract until 2005, but now Milan have decided to hand him an additional 12 months.
The new deal is likely to mean that Cafu will end his illustrious career - which has seen him play for Palmeiras, Sao Paulo, Real Zaragoza and Roma - in Milan.
